Over the course of his career, he has led the pursuit, capture, and transition of complex, multi-million dollar B2B and B2G deals, driven successful contract negotiations, and managed productive client relationships in multiple industry verticals and government sectors.

Andy brings over 25 years of global experience in technology and outsourcing sales management, business development, deal team leadership, technology and business process outsourcing, finance, and public-private partnerships, including 12 years at Accenture and 7 years at Serco Group, in roles with increasing levels of sales responsibility and achievement. His collaboration with clients has generated origination, development, close, and implemention of over $1.5 billion in complex aquisitions, divestitures, and fund-raising, and enterprise technology and BPO solutions.
